Mail Time!

Here's the mail, it never fails.
It makes me want to wag my tail.
When it comes I want to wail...MAIL!



I finally found my temporary mailing address in Rwanda!

Some things to note:

If you're going to send letters, it's advised to number them in case anything is lost en route so that we can know what came and what didn't. Also, air mail (par avion) is best from what I hear (just write it on, or buy the special envelopes if you feel so inclined).

Sending packages, I will be ever so happy to receive them! Wish list to come once I know what I want/need. If you do send anything tape it well! Some things I've heard that help deter theft/tampering and general notes about shipping:

Write religious moral expressions, like, "God is watching" on the boxes.
Draw pictures on the box before taping so that it's noticeable when someone opened the box.
Tape. Use lots of it.
Flat rate boxes are the best bang for your buck.
Be vague about what's declared/inside to avoid customs issues.
